The SARS-CoV-2 and Delta Variants Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR) is a real-time RT-PCR test intended for the presumptive qualitative detection of nucleic acid from ORF1ab gene (RdRp region) and N gene of SARS-CoV-2, T478K mutation and D950N mutation of S gene of Delta Variant in respiratory specimens such as oropharyngeal (throat) swab, nasopharyngeal swab, anterior nasal swabs, mid-turbinate swabs, nasal washes, nasal aspirates, sputum or BALF specimens from individuals suspected of COVID-19 by their healthcare provider
